Kate Berkshire Mays is the Vice President of Luxury and International Sales and Area Manager for Central Virginia with Coldwell Banker Premier. With more than a decade in real estate running a brokerage and 15 years of experience in business development, sales training, procurement, and recruiting within the technology sector, she brings firsthand experience building a brokerage, coaching agents to higher performance, and creating systems that drive lasting growth.

Kate leads the Luxury and International Division while also overseeing the Central Virginia region, supporting agents across markets with elevated strategy and refined service standards. She blends people first leadership with smart technology to simplify processes, strengthen performance, and elevate the client experience. Her focus is on equipping agents with the tools, strategies, and support they need to build high performing, enduring businesses while ensuring every client interaction reflects a polished, elevated experience from strategy through execution.
